Booking & Reservations
You can manage your booking by logging into your account and visiting the "My Trips" section. Depending on the fare rules of your ticket or hotel, cancellation fees may apply.
E-tickets are usually sent via email within 15 minutes of a successful payment. If you haven't received it after an hour, please check your spam folder or contact support.
Flights & Baggage
Baggage allowance varies by airline and ticket class. You can view the specific allowance for your flight on your e-ticket or in the "My Trips" section of our website.
Most airlines open online check-in 24 to 48 hours before departure. You will need your airline confirmation code (PNR), which is listed on your EaseMyVacation itinerary.
Payments & Refunds
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and select local payment methods depending on your region.
Refund processing times vary by airline and bank. Typically, funds appear in your account within 7-14 business days after the refund is approved.
